My path into e-commerce didn't start with code — it started with strategy. As a project manager, I learned to structure complex initiatives, set priorities, and coordinate teams.
When I discovered Shopify, I realized: the biggest challenge in e-commerce isn't the technology — it's the gap between business strategy and technical execution. That's exactly where I come in.
My AI system is connected directly to Shopify and handles theme development, design implementation, and technical execution — using tools like Claude Code, among others. Embedded in a knowledge system that maintains full project context over months.
But AI alone doesn't deliver good results. I'm the strategic layer on top of the system: I set the direction, critically review every output, and take full responsibility. Nothing reaches the client that I haven't approved.
This setup allows me to handle projects solo that agencies need entire teams for — with the same quality, in a fraction of the time.
